The probe is nice, but not extremely durable
Bought the probe as a replacement about 11 months ago. We use the probe 5 to 6 times a week. It worked great for the first 10 months, but lately it has been acting like it has a short in either the probe itself or in the connection. I am buying a new probe to see if that fixes the problem (since this is what was happening a year ago, and a new probe fixed the problem) I wish the new probe was higher in quality and/or cheaper in price.

Works great, but broke in less than a year.
Let me start by saying we LOVE using this probe, it allows us to cook our food perfectly every time. It's a great feature of this range and a primary reason we upgraded to this model. Unfortunately, in about 6 months the plug started to get loose and it wouldn't stay plugged in and so the oven had a hard time recognizing it was connected. Just recently we used it and when I went to unplug it, the entire plug broke off and the piece was stuck plugged into the oven. The feature is great but the probe itself is absolutely horrible. An expensive range, that costs more for the probe feature and then it comes with a cheap probe that is expensive to replace.

The probe that came with our Cafe oven worked great for the 3 times we used it. Then on the next time when disconnecting the probe the steam stayed in. so we called and received another one and now this one did the same thing. going on our third one. Poorly made!
