Instructions
Most effective when mixed as directed. Mix one stick with 8 oz (237 ml) of water. Stir until fully dissolved. Drink every 1-2 hours as needed until rehydrated. Adults: Drink up to 16 8 oz servings per day. Children: Drink up to 8 8 oz servings per day. Storage/Handling: Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if packaging shows signs of damage. Drink within 24 hours of mixing.

I love these- but my favorites are the grape then the berry flavor. You do have to mix these really good but they don't have that horrible powder taste some other brands have! Would love a liquid option!

I have incurable pleural Mesothelioma and was recommend by my cancer center during chemotherapy. I continue to use it while on imunenthophy. My personal choice has been the grape... one package per 16oz of room temperature bottled water as needed through out the day. Have not needed any extra via introvinance my blood is tested every two weeks. To bad insurance doesn't cover this. Cancer is not cheep .... right now it its costing about $55,000 a month and we have just started my second year.
