The beef sticks have a tiny kick like pepperoni but aren't spicy. The cheese has a nice texture and pleasing taste. My only issue with this product is that now and then you'll get one where the package is sealed all the way to the top, which makes it difficult to open. A pair of scissors fixes that problem easily.
