I love the Jabra 45 i had one previously but this one i didn't notice packaging and voice to tell you connected .. is all in Japanese. Good thing i already knew how to hook it up and use it didn't notice Until i put it together to use we live in USA how about that option it should have been in description on website.

Product arrives set up for Chinese language. However, by downloading the firmware update on your Jabra device, changes the language to English for voice guidance or voice commands. Using a computer connected with a micro USB (supplied), run the software, which finds the device and changes the language.
