Nice but cant be out in the wind.

Purchased this at end of last summer and just opened box for the start of this summer. First time use it was nice and easy to put up next to the pool. We live in Florida and had a afternoon storm come up and the umbrella is a twisted mess. The rods are hollow and no match for a small thunder boomer with any amount of wind. It nice and big beautiful color and lots of shade.

I would give zero stars if I could. Ours came broken. The part you use to twist up the umbrella part is busted apart. We can’t use it. And the sellers have been zero help to figure it out. I have emailed, sent photos etc and they didn’t respond for over a week. The. Claim they didn’t get photos even though it states if they don’t respond within 48 hours we get a refund. It’s been nothing but an issue and now a big box is sitting in my garage.
