  • DOOR CLOSER RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL USAGE: The D700 Automatic Door Closer from JELOSTONE Architectural Hardware suits medium- to high-traffic entrances, such as homes, condominium units, offices, restaurants, and other light to medium traffic commercial areas. This is an economical door automatic closer model for doors that weigh up to 65 kg (150 lbs). This is a non-handed closer that will work on left- or right-handed light commercial doors.
  • MATERIAL: This door hydraulic closer is manufactured from US26D satin chrome-plated cast aluminum, wrought steel arm. It features a heat treated piston and powder-coated body to enhance corrosion resistanc-e. The heavy-duty door closer features three valves for adjustable closing speed, latching speed, and backcheck.
  • CERTIFICATIONS: These auto close door hinges are UL228-listed and have a UL-certified three-hour fire rating. JELOSTONE Architectural Hardware commercial door hardware with 1 million cycles test required, D700 suits standard residential and light commercial applications, like in small offices and public restrooms.
  • INSTALLATION: Every pack of commercial door closer we provide contains all the necessary hardware, such as brackets and soffit plate, for installation using any of the three mounting types. The mounting options for our surface-mounted door closer are regular arm mounting (most power-efficient), top jamb mounting (fairly power-efficient), and parallel arm mounting (with 25% less power efficiency than the other two options).
  • SPECIFICATIONS: This door closer weighs 5 pounds. Its screw/bolt pattern is 8-3/16" c-c wide and 3/4" c-c high. It has a footprint height of 1-5/8" (41 mm) and a weight of 8-7/8" (225 mm). This automatic door closer's projection is 2-7/8" (73 mm). It can deliver a fixed spring force #3 of at least 5 pounds.
