Does the job, but needed the job

So I've been looking for awhile for a cradle for my 5.2 magnum. This engine and it's sibling the 5.9 have been in hundreds of thousands of vehicles, including my Jeep Grand Cherokee. So I would have thought it would be easy to find one labeled 5.2/5.9L Magnum cradle, but no. Never found one. And after reading tons of threads on the subject, I took a chance on one made for the LA block. Didn't work. So then I tried this one. Works, but needed some modding. The rear bars needed to be shortened by about 1/2" to fit the mount on the rear. So after trimming and repainting, including the spots that jegs missed when they built it. I got it together. I wasn't to confident with the hardware that held the front of the block, so I upgraded that too. But after all that, its holding my spare engine just fine over in the corner of the garage. If you got a zawzal/jigsaw or any saw that can cut metal, some paint, then you can make it work for a 5.2/5.9 magnum. I'd recommend this one, because as far as I know, this and the allpar version are the only ones that fit the 5.2/5.9 magnum engine. With no other choices, it can be made to fit the engines.

Wheels

I have a painted shop floor so I did not want to make use of the steel wheel kit -- I was disappointed that the wheel mounting thread is a metric 12 mm. Had a hard time finding polly wheels rated for the weight without spending an arm and a leg.
