Does what it claims to do.
I bought it for one reason: to uninstall/reinstall a large 150 lb. window air conditioner for cleaning. It works great for that. It is well built and the assembly was trivial (basically just the handle and the foot pedal). Some complained that the lift is slow. I'd guess it takes 10-15 pumps to raise it completely.
