Excellent Filler with a Purpose
This stuff is the filler. it seems to be stable and does not swell from outdoor moisture and adheres to edges and cracks to keep out the ingress of moisture. In the past, I have used it at the splice when replacing portions of wood post porch columns to filling holes in exterior plywood sheeting. With some sanding and painting, it is seamless and no indication of a repair. And, it has been that way for years, so it stopped the deterioration. What would be serious remodeling projects are simple repairs with this product.

Best wood bonding and repair product on market
This product is the BEST I have ever used for wood repair. Easy to work with (putty like), sticks to any wood surface (cut, rotted and cleaned, irregular shapes), dries wood hard overnight and easily sanded and cut. Using it to restore the gingerbread on 150 year old house where I am retaining as much original wood as possible.
