• J-b weld marineweld: A two-part epoxy cold weld system that provides strong, lasting repairs to multiple surfaces. Perfect for all diy marine and watercraft repairs.
• Cure and set time: After mixing the tubes at a 1: 1 ratio, it takes 4-6 hours to set and 16-24 hours to cure. Once cured j-b weld marineweld can be tapped, filled, sanded, molded and drilled. J-b weld marineweld’s set and cure color is dark grey.
• Versatile and dependable: J-b weld marineweld is steel reinforced, has a tensile strength of 5020 psi and can withstand temperatures up to 550 degrees fahrenheit (287 degrees celsius). When fully cured, marineweld is waterproof and resistant to petroleum, chemical and acid. It retains strength above & below water.

• Marineweld™ is a specially formulated two-part epoxy cold-weld™ system that provides for strong, lasting repairs for bonding different or similar surfaces, such as metal, composites, fiberglass and others. Marineweld sets in 4-6 hours at room temperature and is fully cured to a dark grey color in 15-24 hours. Once cured, it can be shaped, tapped, filed, sanded and drilled and will retain its strength above or below the water’s surface. Marineweld™ has a 1: 1 mixing ratio and tensile strength of 5020 psi.

Directions for use:

• Prepare surface: Clean repair area of dirt, grease, oil, paint, rust, etc. For best results use a detergent ordegreaser to first clean the surface, then roughen surface with file or coarse sandpaper to provide the bestrepair.
• Mixing: Squeeze equal parts from each tube onto a disposable surface and mix thoroughly..
• Application: Apply with appropriate tool in an even coat, weld bead or extrude shape as needed.
• Driying: Sets in 4-6 hours. Cures in 15-24 hours. Allow 4-6 hours before handling and 15 hours (minimum)before putting object back in use.
