Miracle 10 seems a little pricey, but considering what it does; it's terrific. I've been using this for 20 yrs. The Keratin addition was a great thing. You can see and feel the difference. When used with hot rollers, it helps to hold the set. And it's easy to use. The pump bottle makes it easy to control the spray to the right areas. No strong smell. You can use it after shampooing or if your hair is extra dry for some reason, you can also use it in-between shampoos on dry hair. Spray some on the ends at night and see the difference in the morning.

this item has a nice feel to it it's lightweight it goes on easily. it's a great value for your money it moisturized the ends of my hair and they stayed very nice the entire week. just squirt a little bit into your hands and rub it on your hair and it's like magic it goes through the fibers of your hair.
