Please note that this warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. In order to claim warranty benefits, evidence must be provided in the form of photos, videos, or the actual product for inspection.
All warranty decisions will be made upon review of the evidence provided. At that time, we will determine whether the product will be replaced or if parts will be shipped to the customer's address for repair.
