This bed worked so well for me at my daughter's place in Oregon that I got another one to use at my other daughter's house. 24" high is perfect for my old body. Getting up is easy! I would suggest adding a mattress topper (foam or gel) for more comfort longer term, but this one is great. I like the ability to adjust the firmness and have no problem with adding a little more air every few days. Takes some time to inflate %26 deflate, but not a big concern as it has an internal electric pump. Great value for the $$.

There is nothing to dislike. I has a built in pump and it works great with no problems so far, also decent size for a Full size bed, plenty of room. I do recommend getting the protection plan just in case. I always get that for electronics or items that I feel is worth the investment but might have problems with them in the future, you never know..
