I bought this because my girl friend wanted one that was easy to set up. It almost sets up by its self. The one thing she was disappointed in is, she thought it would be a little bigger. Having "FAMILY" with part of the name should probably fall more towards "YOUTH" tent. we haven't been rained on yet, but we are both in our 60's.and with the quick set-up and our 20 in. tall air mattress we were both snug as a bug in no time. With the extra time and energy we saved with set up we had time for something a little extra. Yup...Smores!

Easy to put up. Me and my 5 yr old slept in one with a twin mattress but 1 person would fit comfortably in here. Because it's so small we slept very warm throughout the night and it rained while we camped so all in all i liked this tent and I would recommend.

good tent / bad directions

Assembly of tent was super simple other than the fact the pictures for the directions were not the best and there were orange pieces of rope also in the bag with no directions on how to use them or what they were for. Set up was as simple as taking it out of bag and basically popping it out and it opens on its own. Tent is good size for one person but not much room if you add 2nd person. I had my suitcase and bedding in tent and once I went to bed there was no additional room for another person. Tent is made of good quality, zippers seem strong and work easily allowing me to open windows to let the breeze through. I would purchase again
