This was worth the purchase. This review is based on my use of the item on already dry hair but unclean hair that had hair gel in it. I just wanted help detangling. It comes in 2 parts. The base and the brush. You snap them together to set it up. Takes a mere second to do so. Pros- heats quickly, straightens my thick hair easily and quicker than a blow dryer and comb combo, easier to handle than a blow dryer and comb combination, easy to clean the brush, different heat levels with a cool burst button. The cord is a decent length. The overall unit feels sturdy. Very powerful air blasts. Cons- while it's easier to handle than a blow dryer and comb combo, if you have small hands you will find it to be bulky. And because of that, you may end up disconnecting the pieces accidentally or you may accidentally push the cool burst button. Just as loud as a blow dryer. -

Bought for my eleven year old to blow dry and style her hair. Owned it for about four months She loves it. She has very long hair and is able to use without getting her hair tangled or damaged. She does my hair with it and it's shoulder length and it works even better blow and styler in one.
