This stuff works alright, considering the alcohol content you may be floating after. I have a low tolerance for that but it does knock out pain. Just make sure you're in for the day and winding down. The max description lives up to its name. Nyquil wasn't messing around!!!

Acetaminophen that actually works for me.
Acetaminophen is not item i use, doesn't ever seem to work for me. I have MCAS and am afraid to try anything that has buffers and binders included in item. This stuff works for me, price is very reasonable and i have purchased quite few meds. I just works for me.
