Really like this style of phone
Great sound, nicely lite key pad, nice to have small answering pad, definitely not bulky. Has excellent expandable coverage. My husband said the device was hard to hold, he has extremely large hands but I have no problem. Have not tried the comfort shoulder grip yet.

This is another item I will have to return. Have had so many problems with Verizon and they told me it was my phones not the service. Well, when I plugged in the new ones, I got the message no line. Was so upset--have had a repairman at my house 4 times and this is the second set of phones I had to purchase. Will return in a few weeks when things get better. But these phones are great--I used to have Panasonic and had no problems with them. I have cancelled my landline service and am using just my cellphone. J. Motta

blocking ability
I like that I can block numbers. This phone also announces the caller ID, no ID I don't answer. It works great for our family.
