These pads are a lifesaver at night because I dont like wearing tampons when I sleep, my flow is pretty heavy, and I move around a LOT when I'm sleeping. These overnight pads are literally the only thing that saves me. I saw they have a thinner version now that I have yet to try, but will definitely check it out bc these specific ones are a bit bulky. I usually dont mind bc I only wear them at night/home but if there's a thinner version that works just as well, I'm 100% down for that.
