Kensington Single-Handle Volume Control Valve Trim Kit with Round Handle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's pretty hard to get excited over a toilet paper holder. However, in this case you can. The mat black finish stands out in a way that is unique and stunning. The flap that comes down over the paper is a nice touch and makes for a nice appearance. The holder is made of a nice weight metal that is indicative of the quality of the manufacturing. I would recommend screwing this directly into a stud and not using drywall anchors. The orientation of the two holes makes it challenging to get both screws into the stud but at least try to get one screw into wood.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Who would've thought a toilet paper holder could be elegant? But.. Here we are. The chrome finish is a beautiful accent and the piece itself is actually quite heavy. So I know that it won't fall apart like the cheap plastic holders. The metal flap provides not only a cover for hiding the roll of paper, but a convenient edge to ensure only the piece(s) of toilet paper that you want to remove are removed. Installation was very simple and straightforward. The only critique I have is the drywall anchors included with the kit are very flimsy and cheap. They have very little teeth to bite into the drywall and just rotate freely once installed. This makes the mount for the holder feel loose and wobbly. It is possible to drill into wood with the screws provided but I was replacing a holder and didn't want to create a new area to install the new one. Overall though, definitely a worthy addition for a modern feel.
