I purchased these so I can easily handle meats as they cook and need to be turned or rotated. These do the trick nicely and are easy to clean afterwards. A word of caution: these are not insulated and should not be expected to handle hot items for too long. Your hands will get hot after about 4-5 seconds of handling something hot.
