Buy an extension cord too.

Works fine, just had to purchase a 10' extension cord to be able to use it.

Will not work for tires after a few months

Stopped working same as the other user, but it took a bit longer (a few months): basically it will turn on in tire mode if not connected to the tire, but once you connect the valve it no longer works.

Won't work after first use

Bought the item to replace a different brand smaller one because it wouldn't go over 36psi. Used this one and it worked the first time. It was fast and the not as noisy and the first one. Tried to use it a month later and it would suck but it wouldn't inflate tires. The unit would run if it wasn't connected but the minute you connected it up, nothing. Massively frustrating.
