The Dexter SG163-9SCB-PCP 9in Scalloped Offset Sandwich Knife has a scalloped, offset blade that is ideal for cutting bread, sandwiches, rolls, and bagels. The ultimate sharp blade is offset to allow the user to completely cut through product without hitting the cutting board. It features Dexter's SOFGRIPhandle that is soft to the grip and provides great control along with slip resistance. The blade is manufactured from Dexter's proprietary high carbon, high alloy, stain free DEXSTEEL. This knife is NSF certified.
