This company KEEPS making quality items. The way this pan heats up evenly, and nonstick which is better than my previous tried and true cast iron version. It heats up quickly, making it perfect for tortillas (I've also used it for meats). It's super easy to clean, everything just slides right off. The process of this is perfect. To be fair for the price, the quality far exceeds. The only downside I've found is the handles, they get really hot, otherwise, I highly recommend.
