the item was fantastic and it worked allowing my Nespresso to come out of its dreaded not going to Bruce stage the only issue I have with the entire process is the process itself that being that an espresso likes to keep it cryptic and there's quite the guessing as to the sequence to get it properly done I think we didn't have too much of an issue videos and at the end it was thankful that I picked this product and used it in the appropriate dilution as I had a one stop one shot descale and back in business event fantastic product and it was delivered Ultra fast thanks to WalMart delivery which for someone like me without a car you simply cannot beat :-)
