Absolutely Delicious!

Full disclosure, this is literally my FIRST day of cutting out meat so I was NOT expecting to like this sausage very much. right out of the bag, it definitely looks like plant based "meat" lol but it smelled fantastic, even frozen. I prepared and ate it the exact same way as normal frozen sausage patties for a fair comparison and literally couldn't tell the difference- flavor or texture wise. I put a bit of oil in a pan and fried it on both sides slightly crispy and put it on an english muffin with cheese and sauce and it honestly was more enjoyable than regular pork sausage. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
