I was really pleased with this item. I have a collection of a few of these actual jars. I read the reviews and got a new bulb with lower wattage, so the paint won't come up and it wouldn't get too hot. I'm using it for a night light in the kitchen, and haven't tried melting wax yet. Soft Country Feel

Very beautiful and easy to hang or place on counter top. The only thing i would change is having different settings gor for the strength and brightness because it uses up the cubes quickly. Its not very bright and great for night lights as well as dim lights for bathroom. The classic country feel and ambiance made the room feel cozy and inviting.
