I had this terrible pain in my shoulder area that caused me not able to use my right arm at all. I was walking around holding my arm close to me to be sure it didn't move that's how much the pain was. I put this on my shoulder (very minimal amount) and right away I felt better. I moved my shoulder and it started cracking right away. This stuff is amazing!!!
