Incredible Instant Cooling!

This item is a little difficult to review. They are AWESOME for cooling down your skin, especially for hot flashes or coming inside on a VERY hot day. Good price %26 worth it just for that reason. Now on the other hand, I have NOT seen a single “ holistic” effect of any kind that they claim it is supposed to provide. It might help with facial puffiness just as any ice source would do but it was only temporary. So my opinion buy for the cooling part %26 not the personal/beauty care side! Oh %26 I do love the size %26 weight of this item too!
