Help eliminate those “chunked” or “bladed” iron/wedge shots when you practice with the Izzo Golf Flat Ball Training Aid. This ¼-inch high rubber disk is designed to help you hit better iron shots and compress the ball properly. A regular ball is 1 5/8” in diameter, giving you room for "fat" or "thin" shots. Since the Izzo Flat Ball is so thin, if you don't hit it properly you miss it entirely, giving you instant feedback during your practice or range sessions. When hit correctly the Flat Ball will travel a short and easily-retrievable distance, letting you know the Flat Ball is helping enhance your ball-striking prowess. The Izzo Flat Ball's rubberized construction model makes it safe to use both indoor and out. Won't damage people or property.

These things should help with contact. I tend to either "thin" or "chunk" my shots so in theory I should fix that practicing with these little buggers. Easy enough to train with these in the back yard either on the grass or on a practice mat. Probably use these inside if you have a high enough ceiling.
