A MUST HAVE IN ANY KITCHEN
Highly recommend this “Flat Pan” especially if you have more than one item to fry! I bought a 9” pan and it's good for one egg 🥚 and maybe 2-3 pieces of bacon 🥓 but,,,,,, with this 13” pan,, man-o-man!!!! Wonderful just wonderful! I still use the small one for those quickie hot sandwiches for one person,,, but when cooking for 2-3 people—- a must to have!! The price was fabulous!! However, keep in mind to use butter 🧈 or non-stick spray before frying anything!

Definitely did not expect such great quality
I did not expect such good quality from the price. About 4 years ago I had bought this same item and was a little disappointed to find how fast it had changed colors so having this second chance to try it out I can definitely see improvements. It heats up evenly and I was able to reheat foods such as pizza and tamales on it.

I use it daily!
I've been using this 11" carbon steel comal for a few weeks and I'm impressed! It heats up fast, cooks evenly, and gives food that perfect sear you just don't get with nonstick pans. Great for tortillas, quesadillas, or sautéing veggies. A quick oil wipe keeps it seasoned and ready to go!
