This is impressive!
This pan is amazing! I made meatballs and sauce in it. Nothing stuck and everything stayed hot for hours through meal time. Clean up was very simple because literally nothing stuck anywhere. The color it's also nice. Only issue was the knob on the lid was pretty hot after a little. Over all I'd highly recommend.

Even cooking
We usually use cast iron. They don't always heat evenly. This is fantastic because the whole bottom heats evenly and rtains heat if you put the lid on. I cooked burgers, turned off the heat and put the cheese on and then put the lid on. Qhen I removed it about 5 minutes lately there was a lot of steam as it kept the heat well. May very well become my new favorite pan .

Perfect in every way, Lightweight but heavy duty!!!
I Made a Rice in this pot and it was perfect very light which surprised me but extremely well made. Color is very pretty has a nice interior finish and easy to clean. Great pot. Cooks food so fast, It's unbelievable. I want more of these pots. I highly Recommended!!!
