I chose the five star rating because overall they provided an excellent product. The color was lighter than the photo in the add but I'm actually pleased as it is more of what I was looking for than I even expected. The delivery and packaging were excellent, and the installation was complete in one hour. If I were to offer one constructive consideration it would be that the armrest is a slightly awkward fit, but nothing to be concerned about. I have to say these covers exceeded my expectations across the board, I'm very pleased.
