To achieve a kamado-like cooking experience, the industry's first rice cooker uses a heat-conduction technology called heat pipe. The instant-heat vacuum cooker heats the entire cooker evenly, so that water does not run off and does not scare the rice, so that it is not damaged and rice can be cooked with a glossy graininess. The weighing and brand name cooking functions bring out the best flavour of the rice.
Weighing cooking (water metering): a weight sensor is installed to weigh the rice and display the optimum amount of water. Brand name cooking: 50 major brands of rice are cooked at the optimum heat and time to bring out the best flavour. Calorie measurement: calculates the approximate calorie content based on the amount of rice served and informs you of the calorie content of the rice.
A wide range of menus are available, including unwashed/white rice (new rice, energy-saving, fast cooking), cooked rice, porridge, brown rice, barley rice, okowa (steamed rice), stewed/steamed rice, and low carbohydrate. You can adjust the optimum consistency to suit your preference, or use the 'special cooking' function to control the heat and cooking time according to the menu (omusubi, frozen, rice bowl, curry, sushi rice). A timer can be used to reserve the cooking time.
