I Heart You Heart Cake

I've order a cake before for my birthday 2/3/2024 and it was perfect. It was exactly what I asked for. This year, I ordered a cake for my friend, and while it was lovely, it was not what I expected. I am appreciative for the Bakers hard and dedicated work, however I hoped for the cake to be similar to the one I had. The words were printed on the cake I had for my birthday, but this was written w/ icing. The cake had multiple colors I didn't want, but it looks similar to the picture, so I understand. I just want there to be an option to chat with the Baker in order to get the design of choice. I am very appreciate, it was delicious and the Baker did an amazing job. We expected a different kind of cake though, that's all. Also, my friend doesn't like colored icing. I am super grateful and I hope that if the Baker sees this, they know that they did an amazing job. The heart cake is the birthday cake from this time and the round one was from my birthday and what I expected this time

Decorations were spot on and as expected. Flavor, icing tasted great, cake tasted great, filled was ok. I had white cake with Bavarian cream, my fault it wasn't a good combo. Probably better with chocolate cake. I would order again, I would recommend.
