Hyper Tough Polypropylene, Diamond Braided Rope, Red, 1/4 inch x 100 feet

This rope is just what I need for closing my pool. I use a tarp and tie it to my fence when I close the pool. This rope feels thick and strong compared to other braided ropes I've used in the past. You get 100 ft of this, and it says it has a 90 pound load limit. It's about as thick as a pencil, and it comes on this plastic spool, so if you don't use it all, it stays neat on the spool. The top of the spool also has a groove to hold the end so it doesn't come unwound. I'm glad walmart is offering this rope in this size, will definitely buy again

Today we will be checking out Walmarts Hyper Tough brand of utility rope. Listed as a Polypropylene blend, not sure with what, it makes a very easy to handle and knot rope. Clothes line was not listed among the many possible uses, but that's what I wanted the rope for. My previous line and pole were destroyed in a recent storm, and this was a perfect fill-in. At 1/4" thickness and 100' length, it was rated at up to 90 pounds. Braided with red, white and black filaments, a highly visible clothes line was needed in my jungle of a yard. There was some stretch, but after re-tightening it held a full wash load. Wound on a handy carrier, it's perfect for camping, the beach, or wherever you may need a durable and inexpensive rope. Hyper Tough covers a large range of products, and this Diamond Braided Rope is another example of a quality made and affordable product.
