I purchased this because my doorknob punctured a hole in my sheet rock. So to cover the hole I needed something to hide it but that didnt look bulky or out of place. This works so well because its not very thick which makes it not stand out in an odd way. It covers the hole and looks good as well.

This works great to protect our wall from the door handle, in addition to covering an indentation that was already there from the door swinging open too quickly. Even with a door stop attached to the door, sometimes the weight of the door can still cause the handle to go into the wall. Adhesive works well, would recommend.
