The worst bike rack EVER! and 0 customer support.

Zero stars!!!! On first use, pulled strap tight and the plastic piece where you thread the hold-down on broke. On fifth use, one of the two arms fell. As you can see there is rusting on the rack after 5 uses. Tried calling customer service but couldn't find Hyper Tough customer service. On phone with Walmart for 45 minutes trying to get help. Nothing.
