I use cell salt %235 and find it useful whenever I have the slightest feeling of a cold coming on--stuffed ear, stuffed nose, wrong sensation in throat, etc. It always seems to help and possibly stop the cold from happening. If the sensations are severe I use the prescribed method of taking a tablet, under the tongue, every fifteen minutes usually requiring three times to make the symptoms stop. Not smoking or drinking any alcohol seems to make the tablets more effective as well as never consuming sugar or junk food. Some people don't find cell salts useful but generally those people smoke, drink and consume junk food--very little that is simple works for them in my opinion. Try cell salts to see if they help you. They have become much more expensive in their new packaging with less total quantity of doses for the new extra cost but even so I will continue to use them until they stop working for me altogether!
