It took a couple weeks to get full relief but these worked for me. I asked my doctor once about my itchy ear canals but never got a definitive diagnosis, maybe eczema or maybe irritation from ear wax. She gave me steroid ear drops to try but they didn't work. I notice that when I'm diligent about taking fish oil supplements twice daily, my itchy ears seem to feel better. I was concerned that with the amount I was scratching my ears that I'd damage my hearing so I knew I wanted to try these drops when I came across them. The only thing that could be improved is to include a dropper in the package so that I know how much I'm putting in my ear.

This product softens the dried wax, making it easy to remove wax. I put several drops in my ear and leave overnight. Place a small piece of cotton ball inside my ear to keep any from coming out. Next morning, I clean out wax with a cotton swab. I was very pleased with how easy the wax came out
