Missing parts

The throttle cable is supposed to come with all parts needed, but it did not. It's just a plastic ball for the lever, but it is clearly in the picture for the item and has its own little picture associated with it, so it should clearly be part of the purchase. I called the supplier (Power Mower Sales out of Miami, FL) and they said "it doesn't come with it anymore" and that I could purchase it separately. Pretty shady business practice.
