our town requires trash stickers on each bag collected, with a 35lb weight limit per bag. i put all our regular kitchen size garbage bags and all other trash in these contractor bags and usually only have to put out 1 a week and save money only having to use 1 sticker. these can hold a lot of weight (much more than 35lbs) and they stretch quite a bit without tearing. We've used them for outside garden/weed collection too and have STUFFED them with outdoor debris and they hold up great. they dont rip from shoving in pizza boxes or thicker broken down cardboard and are great for heavier garbage too (moving, spring cleaning, etc.). I've been buying this brand for 3 years and have tried others that just don't hold up, rip easily, and aren't worth the price. these are also always super easy to open since the tie flaps let you know which side opens and they NEVER stick. i also like that they're all separated already in their rolls so you can just pull and get your whole bag without having to tear it off the rest or pull out a bunch. love these. excellent quality.
