Good height for 4yo, 42in tall 45lb. Training wheels help because she can't quite reach the floor. The 12in bike was too short this one is a step up so great for our daughter. Tires get dirty cuz they're white but no noticeable, padding and hand at string give it a little extra cuteness-appreciated. Great price $58 in October wait til Nov and get it for $48. Do recommend, no problem with tires deflating, or brakes. Colors are vibrant plum purple which makes white standout. Very pretty.
