Confectioner s Glaze (or Shellac ) gives chocolate-covered snacks their appetizing sheen, but most people don’t realize it’s usually made with chemically-treated insect goo (look it up - kinda gross). Hu avoids weird ingredients like “Confectioner’s Glaze” and embraces unadulterated chocolate.

Best Wholesome Chocolate!
I love Hu Cashew Hunks because the flavor is just sweet enough and the ingredients are few. It is one of the least-processed chocolate snacks available on the market.
Delicious treat
I could not be happier with these cashew hunks. They are incredibly delicious and the ingredients make them pretty guilt free. Sometimes I have trouble with other desserts that have sugar or other unhealthy ingredients. I have had no trouble with inflammation after I eat these treats. They are my go to if I'm wanting something sweet and healthy.
FINALLY—healthy vegan chocolate products
I couldn't be more satisfied with all the Hu chocolate products I've tasted so far, and the Cashews + Vanilla Bean hunks are no exception. I was diagnosed with a severe dairy allergy at a young age, and have struggled since then to find alternative sweets not filled with chemicals and harmful ingredients. But Hu has come to my rescue, and I'm OBSESSED. Thankful for a clean eating, vegan goodies like this!
