You can't go wrong with cinnamon my grandmother who was born in 1910 loved loved loved these. She had some at her house every time we went although it's got the red dye in it and a lot of sugar. It's still one of those treats from the past that, bring you back to the good old days now if they could put more nutrition in it, it would be great, but this is just a good sugar rush.
