Instructions. • This warmer is specifically designed to be used in oxygen-restricted environments such as shoes or boots. • Do not open outer package until ready to use. • Remove warmer from outer package. Do not knead or shake. Do not open, puncture or tear warmer. • Peel away film backing from warmer. Attach warmer directly to bottom of sock. (Do not place on skin, between layers of socks or on top of foot/sock.) Thick socks provide best results. See Warnings below for safety precautions during use. • Warmer heats up in 15-30 minutes. • After use, dispose with regular garbage. Ingredients will not harm environment. WARNINGS. ■BURN HAZARD. These were bought for a December 2025 trip to NYC and they were perfect! We were able to stop around 1:00pm and take time to rest, charge up phones and take boots off to put in foot warmers and they lasted until almost time to board our bus back to WV, around 9:30-10:00pm!!

I would recommend these feet warmers because they really do work. Warm toes/feet really do help you feel better. I had the opportunity to put these to the test during our two recent Polar Vortex's'...(that's what they call it now; I thought it was just called winter) and they really kept my feet warm.
