This is a wonderful hanger for your hose. It is ready to mount on the wall--no assembly required. I has a rubberized coating on it to protect it from rust and the weather. I did not need a hose mount, but I needed something in my garage for extension cords. We use them to run the compressor to fill the car tires. We also use them to run the electric snow blower. Last winter I constantly swore when I needed an extension cord and it was stiff from the cold and all tangled. I did not like spending 30 minutes to untangle the cord to clear the driveway with the snowblower and it was below zero outside. So this winter I am storing my cords off the garage floor, on the wall and out of the way of the car.
