Honeywell Home Ducted Dehum,120 pt,120 V AC,400 cfm DR120A3000/U

The unit works well enough (we have it padded underneath for vibration reduction, and isolated in the basement for noise reduction), but I need to purchase a filter and there is nothing in the documentation about changing the filter or what size to get. So I have to climb up and remove the filter, measure it, put it back in the unit, and then go order a new filter. From the reviews I'm reading, I have great concern about obtaining a replacement! This is not my first Honeywell unit, and I was totally satisfied with my last unit. Time will tell with this one, as it is a new install. To the survey question writer: I purchased neither in-store nor online. I purchased from an authorized installer who was replacing an UltraAire unit.

The system works fine. However, for almost 6 months now Honeywell has told me each and every month that the filters are coming soon - the unit freezes up with a dirty filter and there is no point in using it without a filter. Honeywell needs to get their supply chain in order ASAP.
