Honeywell 120-Watt Par 38 LED Flood Light Bulb (2 Pack), E26 Light Bulb Base

I've had flood lights on my house for several years. My light kit is a motion detector. I just leave the switch on because the bulbs don't illuminate unless triggered by motion. Most of my neighbors have them. But recently my bulbs burned out so I'm anxious to try my 2 new Honeywell. Honeywell's bulbs fit a standard 120-watt. What's interesting to me is they're advertised as parabolic aluminized reflector (PAR) 38 bulbs. I had to research what that meant. It means they control light more precisely. The LED PAR lights produce 4 times the light intensity. A PAR 38 is 4.75" in diameter. Honeywell's are Energy Star rated. They meet strict energy efficiency criteria set by the US Environmental Protection Agency or the US Department of Energy. (In other words, they use less power. I read online they use 4 times less power. Wowzah!) Each bulb shines a brilliant white light, brighter than that old yellowish glow. It's about 120' from the side of my house (where I've mounted my flood lights) to the front gate and the light penetrates the darkness right up to my gate. The bulb fit is perfect and I noticed on the box they come with a 5 year limited warranty. I highly recommend these bulbs.

These Honeywell LED Flood Light Bulbs are extremely bright! If you need to really light up a dark area around your house, these are the light bulbs to do the job. If you have flood lights near bedroom windows that you do not want lighting up the whole room when on, then these are not the lights for you. These lights provide a very clear bright light. Also there are little dots on the lens that projects dots on the ground.
