Although the size and taste has changed over the past 20 years, this cereal is consistently good and a staple for breakfast or snacks and provides a good array of daily nutrient intake. Celiacs beware, you may or may not be able to tolerate this cereal even though it is labeled Gluten Free. I'd go with Chex Honey Nut if you want to be safe.

My daughter liked the heart shaped pieces. Honey Nut Cheerios still has a good flavor and it's fun to eat. Brings back memories when my children were little. We also like that most of the ingredients in Cheerios are simple. We can pronounce the words. After all these years, I'd still recommend Cheerios as kid friendly and good for adults too.
