Great tasting, and super sweet
I love it, but let me warn you, it is very, very sweet. I have a terrible sweet tooth, and I eat this as dessert. I wouldn't touch it for breakfast. Given how sweet it is, I doubt it's all that healthy. On the flip side, I love it, and would definitely buy again as dessert.

The bars do not taste like a bowl of Cheerios as one might expect. They have bits of butterscotch like flavored chips, drizzle on top like caramel, and the bottom is candy coated thinly. A pleasant bar that crosses a need for a candy bar with a need for a bowl of cereal and only 100 calories per bar. They are tiny, but satisfying.
